I have most of the equipment I need for the burn. This year, my setup is more extensive:
- 2000W Generator (used)
- 2000W Generator Backup (new)
- An 1800W battery to run the fridge quietly during the night
- A 12,000 BTU Air Conditioning unit
- A Starlink Mini satellite dish
- A makeshift shower comprising of:
- A popup shower tent
- A foldable pool 48″ x 48″
- A foldable bucket
- A portable, rechargeable shower pump with a filter
- A butane cooker so I can boil water for tea or just cook food
This year I’m also constructing my own shade structure, as well as a canvas/tarp based tent using a bunch of tarp and EMT tubes:
- 6 x Aluminet Tarps (90% reflective!)
- 1 x 29′.3 by 19.6′ tarp (It’s huge!)
- 2 x 9.8′ by 9.8′ tarp for the back end, and the middle partition
(I’m going to have a bedroom in the back, and a living room in the front) - A bunch of EMT tubes
- Steel cable to hold the inner canvas structure
- Some kind of oriental rug for the living room
- Some kind of tarp for the floor (still looking)
